Saturday Night Live Music: "In Your Eyes"

This is a classic, obviously, and Peter Gabriel has included it in innumerable shows he has done. But love this camp-revival version best, off the "Secret World" tour, complete with jazz piano and violin.

Matt said...: Well, there are certainly some "campy" things about that version- the double electric violin (!) and the 80's style electric guitar (I'll admit that made me think of this:

But what really struck me is how bad Gabriel's voice was. I hope it was just a bad day for him, and not that he's really ruined it as much as that.; Saturday, May 18, 2013
