Lazy Summer Friday Morning Videos: "Moonlight Feels Right"

As I said, I'm back, but I'm still keeping with the Lazy Summer thing, because I'm enjoying it too much to stop, even if no one else is, and even if finding videos of these guys playing live is sometimes a pain. If nothing else, it's a nice break from the Friday Night Video world of the 80s. So, once again, here's something from Midnight Special to make you just a little too mellow to possibly get any work done at all this Friday. (Also, my apologies for the weird floating Costa Rica graphics; I couldn't find any other copy online in as good a quality as this one.)

Oh, man, I'm loving those dials on the big synthesizer.

It sure seems like the 70s artists look older than the 80s artists. Is that just me?

Interesting observation, Abbot. I think I agree with you, but I don't know what the truth of it may be. Facial hair obviously adds the perception of age to at least some of these performers, but it'd be interesting to learn if there was something structural at work as well. What was the average age of those who hit pop stardom in the pre-cable era, and might modern video marketing have something to do with lowering it?

Another thing 70s videos teach us: you didn't have to be buff to be (considered) sexy.
