Just out of curiosity (because I have now started blogging and such things are not necessarily intuitive to me), why not just change the title on the other blog, thus obviating the need for people to update their links?

I'm afraid I have to plead simple obsessiveness on my part. I could have redesigned and renamed the old blog, but I wouldn't have been able to change the old address. Plus, I just kind of wanted a complete break, yet I didn't want to get rid of all my archives. This seemed the easiest solution. I'm much less concerned about internet traffic than I used to be--I know I don't have either the time or the energy to compete for the attention of the top bloggers out there--and so while it'll take time for everyone to eventually update their links, that doesn't bother me that much.
We have a few college students online from college of Arkansas-State-University-Jonesboro and we love your blog postings, so well add your rss or news feed for them, Thanks and please post us and leave a comment back and well link to you.
