Community-building and the intentionalizing, or organizing, of our neighborhoods and regions is essentially the work for creating well-being for all. It means centering economics on both eudaemonic well-being and community well-being as determined by the individuals and community members impacted by those decisions. You can not create those relationships in a top-down way, let alone a totalitarian way.
